The creative process begins with a concept...an idea. This idea is then sketched on paper and discussed with associates. After the idea has been discussed, the sketch has been modified, and a general agreement has been made on the functionality and desirability of the product, The fabrication process begins.
The product is drawn on computer using Pro/Desktop Express solid modeling CAD software by PTC. Now a true 3-D scale rendering is available for final observations and dimensioning.
The fabrication process begins by cutting, drilling, forging, and welding the steel. This process is managed by our lead fabricator, who has over 17 years experience in the metal fab arena. After the components have been finish welded, the welds are ground and polished by hand to provide a quality finished product not found in the mass-produced, bolt-together, production furniture available in many stores today.
